  • Comments Thread For: Spence Admits "A Little Bit Of A Letdown" If He Doesn't KO Porter

From the moment the fight was announced, Errol Spence has openly promised that he will become the first to knock out Shawn Porter. Nothing in the past several weeks of training camp has him any less convinced of such an outcome for their Sept. 28 Fox Sports Pay-Per-View headliner. In fact, he'll consider it a disappointment if it doesn't happen.

Not really a let down with the caliber of the fighters if we don't see a KO. I'm just looking for the action like the Porter vs Thurman fight.

I would not underestimate a fighter like Porter who defeated guys Alexander, Broner, Danny Garcia, Berto and Ugas to the detriment of a fighter like Spence who best win was against a small Mikey Garcia.

He's gonna hammer Porter regardless if he tries to maul him or box him. Ugas outboxed Porter & shoulda got the nod against him. Score-wise it might be competitive early but if/when it gets to the second half of the fight, spence is gonna take over.

This overhype middleweight is expecting too much of Porter KO but not disappointed in not KOing a lightweight Garcia.

                    That's a bit much

If he hurts Porter and fails to finish him, that's another thing.
