Crawford has been at 147 for 2 years and hasn't fought anything resembling a live body (unless Jeff Horn counts). Spence is going into a title fight unification, but he's the duck? Why is is that some guys get passes on their resumes, while other guys rack up quality fights and get called cowards? Not denigrating Crawford's 140 resume of course, but the guy has barely got moving at 147 and he's considered a destroyer.

Its not easy to make a fight between Crawford and Spence when Spence and the PBC crew pretend Crawford and his belt dont even exist.

If the Pacquiao fight isn't next then fight Crawford, it's that easy. If he can fight Pac next though he should do that as it can add another title and he beats a legend (although at the tail end of his career, still a good name to have).

If that Pacquiao fight isn't next and he doesn't fight Crawford, I think he deserves all the criticism in the world. I wonder what the IBF will do as well cause I think they'll make him fight a mandatory if he isn't unifying.

Why would haymon risk a belt to an outside source and there's pacquiao, ugas, garcia, thurman. The belt organizations need to force it.

But belts don't seem to matter anymore. Heck, fighters are applauded when they drop 'trinkets'.

The fact is many fight fans act as if they are beholden to promotional organizations (PBC, GBP, Top Rank, etc) and blindly support the one that fits them.

So if the sanctioning body tries to force his hand he can just vacate and nobody would really care that much.
