  • Comments Thread For: Frank Warren: Daniel Dubois Has That Larry Holmes Jab

FRANK WARREN has compared rising heavyweight sensation Daniel Dubois with all time great Larry Holmes. The Hall of Fame promoter admits he has burdened Dubois by describing him as, The best young heavyweight in the world.' Now he has jabbed even more praise towards the young star whose career he is masterminding.

He can tell all of this from the win against Gorman, apparently.. 🤔

Warren is going to end up breaking this boy. He's still a kid and they need to let him grow and perfect his skills - no need for hyperbole because he's talented and he has a lot of potentials.

Fish eyes think he has found his own AJ and he's trying his best impression of the scumbag, Hearn. Hearn didn't even make AJ a star - AJ was already a borderline star from the Olympics and he would've been who he's regardless - with or without Hearn. AJ actually made Hearn who he's, without AJ, Hearn would still be the same loud mouth who couldn't make Froch, Groves and Brook crossover stars.

Not even a fan of Frank Warren. But this is out of character for a nutter like Frank Warren.

Put all his skills together and they still

will not equal Larry's jab; perfect buildup however.

Yeah, not really. It's a nice jab though.

Frank warren is dumb if he thinks their jabs are anything similar. Dubois is more of a pole ax. Holmes had pistons.

Not even close to Larry's jab.

Holmes jab was a thing of beauty. It was like a king cobra striking. He'd throw it from his waist and tag his opponent.

W Klitschkos jab was just as good, but it was more like a jack hammer.

I'll rewatch dubious, but I didn't notice anything close to those two.

I don't see anything you can trace back to Emanuel Stewart. Larry Holmes definately benefited from his trainning. Dubois needs some work to make that comparison.
