Why didn't we get Floyd vs. Pac a long time ago? Needles, cuts, fake contracts, and an outdoor stadium had to be built?

Why didn't we get Pac vs. Crawford at 147?
Pac felt is was a massive risk, wanted 20 million and Roach said it's too big of a risk, not going to happen. Google it.
Why didn't we get Pac vs. Loma at 140?
Loma is a natural 126lber that can't make 140lb, it's too big. Said so in multiple interviews.

As for Oscar, Floyd, Cotto, Gamboa, Mikey all left because they felt they were big enough stars to make more on their own.

Why did Crawford stay at Top Rank?Because he saw the his Friend Gary Russell wasn't getting Tank and Spence wasn't getting Thurman, Haney wasn't getting Tank, Jacobs wasn't getting Charlo and on and on and on, being with the PBC wasn't a guarantee.
