Also, Casa is known as a very accurate puncher. VS Pearson he threw a good amount of shots but wasn't landing punch. Maybe Corrales will prove to be a more hittable style for Casa, but how is Joel going to adjust to Diego since Diego and Goosen seemed to have figured him out?

Casamayor is nicknamed "el Cepillo"? In our language that means "toothbrush"....what is that in Spanish?

Either way I think the 2 prior fights were very entertaining, even the stoppage of fight 1 was dramatic with Corrales begging for "Just 1 more round".

This fight will also get rid of those who criticize Corrales for not giving Casamayor a rematch. I think Corrales made a good choice and that the fight will be an exciting event.

Even though Chico has gotten floored a few times I think he actually has a pretty good beard just is willing to trade too much sometimes and therfore gets hit too much sometimes. You dont want to see Juan Diaz get damaged and turn into another Vargas.
I said that in another post on a different thread a while ago. I agree Diaz shouldn't get in with Corrales now. But if Corrales loses, the titles will be fragmented and there won't be a clear "man of the division" I want to see Diaz take the division like Hatton did by beating "the man" But that doesn't have to happen right now... Diaz has plenty of time.

Diaz has a good chin himself, and saying Diaz will get Vargased by Chico is a gross exaggeration, especially given Corrales' recent outings. If anyone is on the verge of being damaged like Vargas, it is Corrales.

Juan Diaz needs to wait at least another year before he takes on Corrales.

Diaz eats a lot of leather and the more that is taken out of Chico the better.

The baby bull is just that, a baby...he has no business in the ring with his style, at his age...just too much venom left in Diego's byte.

Give him another year and then he probably should go for it.

I'm not saying that Diaz isn't good or doesn't have a good chin but Diaz is very young. I was pointing to the parralel in that Vargas was very young when his handlers matched him up with Tito and Oscar and possibly/probably ruined a career that would've been more fruitful if they had seasoned him at a more measured pace.

Chico CAN NOT get "Vargased" because he is already a veteran fighter. Vargased to me means sending in a prospect against a veteran too early in his career. Chico is an extremely hard hitter and it would be very dangerous if Diaz faced him at any point in his career but I just think it would be worse at this early point in Diaz's career.
