I don't give a ****. What the **** if Warren doing to bring trendy little *****es to boxing? Y'all want our great sport to be an obscurity forever forward?
I rarely comment on here and neither do I find the Warren-Hearn nonsense to be of any interest since I’m a boxing fan, not a promoter soap opera follower.
However, your remarks have inspired me; inspired me to tell you that you are a straight up bigot.
I refer you to the phrase: “Council estate benefits collector football hooligans types.” This is crass and offensive. The Uk establishment’s 40 year assault on the working class has resulted in our current political state of affairs.
Perhaps there wouldn’t be quite so many “council estate benefit collectors” had Thatcher not destroyed industry - and all the jobs that go with it plus benefits to local economies - thus sucking the lifeblood from small towns: compounded by further aggressive austerity politics with a shift towards working class demonisation.
Furthermore, you will find the number of unemployed in our country is several hundred percent greater than job vacancies at any one time. Therefore, we have a perpetual underclass and near permanent benefits collectors who have NO OTHER CHOICE.
Think before you comment. And for f***’s sake, stop using the term ‘ultra-nationalist’ in your comments. You seem to have very little grasp of politics.
Apart from all that you’re alright..
Good post!
It's worth mentioning that the "40 year assault" on the British working class is one reason for the current boom in UK pro boxing. As the rich have gotten richer, the poor have gotten poorer, and the opportunities for young working class men to raise themselves out of poverty with a "regular job" have diminished year by year.

I cannot believe somebody has said what I have been thinking for some time now...
I love boxing but this is the ethical dilemma I find myself in. Ultimately, these are lads of my (our class) effectively being exploited by more powerful men due to a limit of options as you say. Anywhere you look around the world, these kids are often just trying to escape poverty (Mike Tyson, anyone).
However, I am part of the problem and a hypocrite.

It isn't difficult to figure out, especially if you've had direct experience of how it works, which I have. But most boxing fans don't bother thinking about stuff like that.
Not sure why you class yourself as a hypocrite, unless you've done well in life and ended up with more money in the bank than most working class lads. If so, I wouldn't feel guilty about it. Blokes like us didn't create the society we live in today, it was created and imposed upon us by others. Nobody can blame a guy for doing the best he can in the circumstances he finds himself in.
Fish eyes crying out pure salt as usual. Hearn took the KSI, Logan fight because its a big money maker, plenty of DAZN subsctriptions, its business and its a smart business move.
Serious question: How do I give a ‘green K’ out? I’ve been on this website for almost 18 months and still haven’t figured it.
Click on the KARMA button underneath the comment you want to green K.
It will give you 2 options, "approve " and "disapprove".
Select "I approve" then "send reputation" and the poster will get green K for that comment. If you select "I disapprove" you will send them red K, which is negative karma.
You’ll have to excuse my countrymen.....we often have a complex about the USA. So many casual boxing fans in the uk want to live vicariously through Eddie Hearn...they want him to be popular and important in the USA, they want him to call the shots because they see that as “our victory” over the USA. So many British assume that because the USA speaks English and that we see American movies, tv shows, listen to American music, wear fashions with American sports teams and universities, that we somehow have the same culture at the USA...or better yet that the USA has the same culture is the British. It was so important to the council estate benefits collector football hooligan types that Eddie Hearn have some sort of victory over the Americans in the USA.....that is why so many uk posters have it out for al haymon and PBC....it’s seen as standing in the way of an Eddie Hearn takeover
Wow.. that actually sounds pretty reasonable and makes alot of sense. It's sad when people act a certain way towards people "on the other side of the pond..". Some of my favorite boxers have been British.. never understood the "sibling rival" the US and the UK have..

It's really nothing but trash talk between boxing fans on line. Trust me, casual UK sports fans and the average Brit on the street don't hate America or the American people.
As a matter of fact, yanks are probably Britains favourite "Johnny foreigners"
