  • Comments Thread For: GGG: Can't Talk About Canelo, We Are Fighting Derevyanchenko

Gennadiy Golovkin is not only prepared to move on from a third fight with Saul Canelo' Alvarez but also any such questions on that topic. The former middleweight titlist looks to ignite a second title reign beginning with his upcoming showdown versus top-rated contender Sergiy Derevyanchenko. The two collide on Oct. 5 at Madison Square Garden in New York City, with the vacant International Boxing Federation (IBF) and International Boxing Organization (IBO) 160-pound belts at stake.

He said he would prefer to fight in New York. That’s all.

Canelo’s team pretended like this was the reason the fight died but it was really because Canelo didn’t want the fight.

Dont defend him, in this article this puzzy said he “SIGNED” now tell me how the phuck can you or ggg or anyone for that matter prove that this bi.tch signed to fight in Vegas? We can’t, you cant, no one can... I don’t blame canelo for not fighting this cry baby... wether he signed or didn’t sign isn’t my issue let me be clear... my issue is that this bi.tch stays talking sh.it about things he can’t prove. Canelo was straight up from the jump, he said he didn’t wanna fight ggg and he still holds that sentiment... but prior to canelo having signed to right Kovalev and prior to ggg having signed to fight SD, was this bit.ch not crying about not wanting the fight in Vegas???? Yes or no?

              Welp.

Either way it's going to be some great nights for boxing over the course of the next few weekends coming up. Over the next couple of months really..

Elite Boxing and Football games make my weekends better.

Good for GGG! There are plenty of fights at 160-168 without Canelo! Now stop that "Mexican Style" BS too!

Who would win between Derevyanchenko and Kovalev at 175lbs?
