On the flipside, i always felt Wilder is the one fighter that can land big damaging shots on Fury. All the other heavyweights are way too orthodox and straight forward. Fury at his best would see their punches a mile off and also have too much good movement.

So yeah, i always felt they’re the only current heavyweights that can beat each other. I think both beat the rest.

Their styles are made for good fights together i think.
u must rate stiverne high then

but hes not fury or an eastern euro so i get it

I think Fury takes it down. It all depends on that round robin round doe who he'd beat in the finals.

Looking at the entire field heres how Id see people doing with points in a true round robin with all 5 opponents.

      Fury 5-0 (1), 11pts
      Wilder 4-1 (3), 11pts
      Ruiz Jr 3-2 (2), 8pts
      AJ 2-3 (1), 5pts
      Miller 1-4, 2pts
      Povetkin 0-5, 0pts

So the likely semifinals look like:

Fury vs AJ, this is a 80/20 Fury fight to me
Wilder vs Ruiz Jr, this is probably a 60/40 Wilder fight

So we get a Wilder vs Fury finals & Im real 50/50ish on this fight, but lean towards Fury just cuz I tend to favor the boxer over the puncher in rematches of a fight that went 12. I do feel like Wilder uncharistically for a puncher came on better in the 2nd half of the fight. That makes me very curious about if the next time they fight if it feels like round 1 of a whole new fight which would make me favor Fury or round 13 of the first fight which would make me favor Wilder.
Great assessment and much like how I see it as well. I love how you swung things back to the rematch, way to build the hype lol.

That fight was a while ago and Wilder is better now. I pick Wilder to stop any top current heavyweight except Fury and he could still possibly do that

Crazy talk. Povetkin, Miller, Parker, Ortiz, and Ruiz all can hurt and probably beat him. We've already seen it from Ortiz.

Wilder is dangerous but he's high risk high reward. I know few guys who have been around a boxing gym longer than a year who aren't better than Wilder fundamentally. His flaws are there to be taken advantage of and there are fighters who can and will do so.

Ortiz had his chance and got knocked out

Povetkin had a chance but wasn’t confident enough and took PED’s and didn’t fight

Miller wasn’t confident he could AJ clean, never mind Wilder

Parker lost whenever he steps up.

So yeah, coulda woulda shoulda. I’ll believe those guys can beat Wilder when I see it.

From these fighters -- Fury. Why Miller and Povetkin here ? Beats me.

Wilder is an optical illusion, a tiger in sheep's clothing. In the final rounds of Ortiz vs. Wilder 1, he deciphered the pattern of Ortiz's movement. Made a few subtle but brilliant adjustments, baited him into vulnerable positions, and blasted him with counterattacks. That's Deontay in a nutshell. Just when you think the fight is under your control, he'll turn the tables on you and put your lights out.

                  Wilder..

Fury if he fights like he fought against Wallin, Wilder will kill him, Joshua might beat him and Ruiz will give him a nightmare fight.

If Fury fights Wilder like he did Wallin, Wilder is going down in 5 rounds. Fury will land everything and drop Wilder like a dirty diaper.

                      Give $200 million to winner.

                      No other pay.

AJ is the only one that would not sign up
