GGG, and his fans, know this. They want him to keep trying until he gets it right

Didn't he fight him twice already though? What exactly is he afraid of if he hasn't been hurt by Golovkin in either fight and he can just pay judges to ensure the win? Your logic isn't adding up.

That's what most of the folks want that aren't stuck on GGG getting a victory over Alvarez.

He’s right. He has nothing left to prove against GGG. Even if a third fight happens and he KO’s BBB side the haters will just say he was old. He already took his 0 and beat the boogeyman after people said he would lose badly.
Money isn’t an incentive anymore for Canelo. His purse is guaranteed no matter who he fights. No one knows how GGG’s deal is structured but it seems likely that money was likely based on at least on fight against Canelo with DAZN.

How many people here think that the first two fights produced a clear winner?

The first fight was Golovkins, the second Canelos, by popular opinion, despite the rubbish scoring.

Canelo is an arrogant a*^e. He's busy cherry-picking his way around the boxing world like he's above everyone and everything.

I'm just glad Golovkin is moving on, and not stagnating waiting around for this diva to put pen to paper.

What has GGG done so wrong that he is being hated on?

Canelo hs behaved poorly, tested positive for Clen, and struts around.
Is he really moving on though? Was it Alvarez fault that he turned down the Charlo and Andrade fights and then fought Rolls. Wasn't Rolls a cherry pick? Wasn't Vanes a cherry pick?

I would like to see him fight Canelo again as well...as many times until one of them gets stopped really...but if it isn't in the cards then there are other good fights out there too

You say 'took'...others say 'stole' lol...just messing with ya...Canelo imo was impressive enough in those fights but still took two 8-4 Ls in my opinion...but when you are the money-man you can pay for the belts in a way.

I think GGG made $15 million for Rolls btw so that is more or less in line with his $100 million for 6 fights deal..will be interesting to see what his next few fights are though if Canelo isn't forced to take the fight...should be some good ones for GGG if not Canelo.

I think the logic is that a 3rd fight will again be very tough and eventually at some point one guy will hurt the other...at this point Canelo has his 'win' over GGG so taking him on another time is dangerous from a legacy standpoint...many feel he lost twice, so if they fight a similar fight a 3rd time and the result goes against him, he is probably 'scared' in a way of what it will do to his 'legacy'
