Where do you live? Kazaphuckstan? Y’all have internet out there?

He already fought GGG twice, I feel like Canelo doesn’t want to be bullied into fighting him again if he doesn’t want to, it’s more about control than “ducking”. This is why Canelo is biting back at GBP and GGG.

We already saw who has more of a say so in who canelo fights... but, I bet if DAZN, Oscar, or anyone involved in team ggg make canelos an offer he can’t refuse, I’m sure he’d take the fight
The most level headed, 100% easy to believe post on this subject in a long time. You understand of course, Robi, why no one on this site will listen to it....

And not to be pedantic...but I never said a foreign fighter couldn't excel...just that imo the cards will be stacked against them a bit, and perhaps they won't 'excel' as much as they should/deserve based on their talents, since relatively speaking the money fighters will get favoritism.

And the money/money fighters are in the US, UK, Mexico, so those fighters will tend to get propped up a bit, since that is where the money is, and fans will tend to support their own.

I think I could make a good argument that if Lara, for example, was from the US or Mexico he would have a much different record right now...he is probably the best recent example imo, but others like GGG/Kov come to mind as well.

If any cards were stacked against him he simply blew through those barriers because that's what truly elite fighters do.

So no excuses for any other foreign fighters.
Lol...Perhaps you didn't read my post, but I addressed my reasoning behind Pac's extensive success in it...I will highlight the part referencing Pac again...also, again the barrier is not impossible to clear for a foreign fighter...but the bar is considerably higher (will not be given close decisions etc)....many foreign fighters do blast through those barriers as well...GGG/Loma/Kov/Usyk/Lara/Rigo are all notable recent examples.

In addition Pac had great wins, as do many current foreign fighters...Pac also however did not escape having close decisions go against him...I never watched Bradley 1 but many feel that was the wrong call...and I felt Horn won his fight vs Pac but a US/UK/Mexican fighter almost certainly gets the W there in their home country in those fights.

Saying foreign fighters get treated the same as home country fighters is just a bit foolish imo, no offense...don't think anyone would really co-sign that opinion.

I just think the bar for some to give Canelo a win in those fights appears to be very low...he got outlanded and outworked almost every round they fought...I don't really slight him for that, more credit GGG for it...GGG is just very hard to beat...hard to hurt, and he is always scoring the whole fight with his stamina/jab/workrate.

If Canelo fought GGG's fight in both fights, I would have Canelo winning both by the same score...all I can say...I don't think many others would score the fights the same if that was the case.

My point is we have standards for what makes a fighter great. And I for one will not lower those standards just to accommodate foreign fighters.

It funny Oscar said Ryan was scared. Its clearly Canelo who's terrified. GGG won the first fight easy by 3-4 points. Not even close, The second was closer, GGG still won fair and square but mentally even more so. Canelo making lamb excuse and living a delusional fantasy. First Ginger says GGG needs a title to face him now. SO GGG signs to fight Derevyanchenko so now ginger pusses out and says hes done enough. For a loser he has. He made so many racks from those 2 GGG fights. If its like the fake Canelo fans want to pretend then why would a prime 29 yo be so scared to face a 37 yo that he beat twice, for Buku $$$$. He was so scared he gave up one of the 2 biggest dates of the year to ??? watch Tyson fury take lumps. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
