Hell those alphabet groups order lots of fights that never get made. The IBF order Canelo to fight Dervy. That didn't get made. Important boxers do what they want not what some alphabet group orders them to do. GGG is going after the IBF belt leaving Jermall free to fight another mediocre guy which is exactly what he is doing.
