A month or so later he adds the fact that Golovkin must have a belt to fight him.
Now it seems Alvarez won't fight GGG no matter what.
I think most fans saw the 2 fights as a wash out and want a third fight, but Canelo thinks his history with GGG is secure with the 2 fights and the 1-0-1 record.
Maybe it's just a stalling tactic, but if Canelo's concerned about his legacy, he definitely needs a third fight with Golovkin.

Finally a person spitting facts followed by a justifiable opinion on here. Canelo and ODH did the same thing after the Cotto fight saying he needs time, 2 years worth, to move up 5 lbs to 160, but yet he moves up to 168 and 175 no problem now lol
