I don’t think it was completely to do with him being “weakest”.

He picked Kovalev because he is the most well known at 175. Most don’t know the other three champs. They have not had a fraction of the overall success and publicity that Kovalev has.

I think this is a good fight.

I don’t need credentials, I just go based on what is known and don’t let my emotions build conclusions of what I want it to be...
Bro I’m not emotional in the slightest. You just posted something ****** so I addressed it. Whether you’ve popped dirty for peds before or during a bout is irrelevant. Ped use has benefits in training camp, it’s having a marked unfair advantage. Being able to train longer and cut weight simultaneously is an unfair advantage, it’s the incremental gains and the work done outside the ring that makes the fighter.

You bringing up a bunch of context doesn’t minimize the unsportsmanlike behavior. I think you might be the emotional one

I’m not emotional, did he pop dirty before that? Did he fight soon after that? Both answers are no right? Did he not enroll to vada 365 months prior to his next fight? Yes right?? So what are you trying to say? Because I just have you all facts... are you insinuating he cheated on a particular fight? If so, which one? What’s your source? Where’s the facts?

I’m not insinuating anything. Between the first and second GGG fight he tested positive for peds hence it’s technically appropriate to label him a cheat for that particular bout.

Doesn't make him the weakest champ. You don't have a clue how Bivol, Beterbiev or Gvozdyk would fare against him, all three have been hurt or down against lesser opponents. You have no clue about Yarde's potential either (he still got ktfo'd btw).

Is Kovalev on the slide? Absolutely, but "weakest champ" has no basis. Some boxers are still better on the way down than others coming up.

So now it’s a technicality? Where the facts? Fact is canelo poped dirty in February, enrolled in 365 in May, and fought ggg in September... those are all facts not technicalities

This is not a cherry-pick like Rocky Fielding. He picked the one who will make him the most money. Kov has the biggest fan base of all the champions. His fights have to be approved by DAZN and the other champions at 175 have no fan base. Canelo is running out of big fights...that's why he has to recycle a third GGG fight.

Kovalev's main problem is his "drinking problem"... when a Russian starts drinking he never stops...
