Floyd promoted Manny's last fight. He is partnering with Al to run this portion of Manny's career. He can use his name whenever he wants. That's how pimpin works-hoes go earn for their daddy. Way I see it, Manny is lucky he isn't being gorilla'd.

Sometimes divisions are simply bad and WW is pretty thin and has been for years.

Ennis is about to enter and add some excitement, but none of the PBC girls will fight him. Manny is on his way out as is Spence whose struggling to belt holders. And Crawford is already 32 years old...real sad career in terms of boxing greatness, but the goal is to earn money and hes done that well.

Porter, Garcia, and Thurman are very, very weak beltholders. During the golden WW (2005-2010) era they wouldve never held a belt. Never. That was Mosley, Cotto, Floyd, Manny, Bradley, Margs, etc. Not a single one of Danny, Keith, or Shawn beat any of them.

Hell Shawn was only a SPARRING PARTNER during that time. And theres a reason for that.
You’re trying to make it sound as if prospects like Ennis is a world class fighter yet fighters who are already proven at world championship stages like Thurman, Garcia, and Porter are not world class.

Point above aside, I see that you standardization for being a world class fighter is very high. Seems like literally only few in all weight classes will pass by your standards.

By your standard, how can we consider Spence and Crawford world class when neither has beaten any any world class fighters yet? By your standard, Kell is not world class, neither is Khan nor Gamboa nor Postol. Heck, not even Mikey will pass by your standard who has never beaten any ‘world class’ fighter by your standards

None of them are proven. Combined between the three their best wins are over a shot Paulie, shot Zab, prime Matthyse, WW Broner, and each other. Not a single other meaningful win between ALL of their careers

None of them are world level. NONE.

I mean each weight class should have ONE champion NOT FOUR. So dont curse me for viewing boxing in that fashion.

Crawford and Spence have beaten everyone in front of them in decisive and dominant fashion. Although both lack a signature win they pass the "eye test". Crawford has also done it over 3 divisions and was lineal at JWW.

Neither Crawford nor Spence were almost KTFO by a Josesito Lopez club fighter or career journeyman Luis Collazo. They didnt get gift decisions against Ugas, shot Lamont Peterson, or Herrera. They didnt get dominated by Kell Brook

          See the difference?

You can add up a prime Khan in the mix of those names maybe. Spence and Crawford can only hope to have those kind of names in their resume. If we can’t call them world level, maybe we should just call them local level fighters fighting at world championships with 2 world titles on the line

So the “eye test” means proven by your standards? And dominance? How do you rate Canelo’s non dominant victories by your standards? Maybe he’s not world level either?

Also, I’d like to mention Gamboa(small) and Brook(drained and past it) have given Crawford and Spence competitive fits neither of which were ever world level fighters by your standards.
