Thurman has literally 2 decent-good wins over fellow decent-good Garcia and Porter (and squeaked by with SD in both). And he has ZERO great-elite wins. Hes only fought ONE Great fighter in Manny and he lost despite a respectable effort. Important to note that 40yo Manny is good-great but NOT ELITE. 30-35 year old Manny (Elite) stops Keith inside of 4 rounds.

Every other Keith fight/win is against a fringe contender or gatekeeper. Literally...Look at dudes fights. Hes just promoted well by PBC. Mostly ordinary fighter though

I guess it depends on how you define world class, but for me world class is Top 1-3 fighters in your division. At no point in time - ever - did I rate Keith. Nor did I rate Danny, Shawn, or Kell. They're like the Martin Murray of WW. Solid fighter and a good test, but good-great fighters will beat them and elite fighters will stop or dominate them.

I like Keith and hes a good fighter, but hes a notch or two below world class. None of Danny Garcia, Shawn Porter, Kell Brook or Keith Thurman are world class. Good fighters, but not world class.

Sometimes divisions are simply bad and WW is pretty thin and has been for years.

Ennis is about to enter and add some excitement, but none of the PBC girls will fight him. Manny is on his way out as is Spence whose struggling to belt holders. And Crawford is already 32 years old...real sad career in terms of boxing greatness, but the goal is to earn money and hes done that well.

Porter, Garcia, and Thurman are very, very weak beltholders. During the golden WW (2005-2010) era they wouldve never held a belt. Never. That was Mosley, Cotto, Floyd, Manny, Bradley, Margs, etc. Not a single one of Danny, Keith, or Shawn beat any of them.

Hell Shawn was only a SPARRING PARTNER during that time. And theres a reason for that.
