he doesnt have any of course. kovalev was 189 against pascal and 188 against hopkins. i found some of his fights where he only weighed 185 unofficially so maybe he is just assuming that was because of a rehydration clause? he seems to make a lot of assumptions and they are all in line with his tribal allegiance which guides his every word
