The problem now is how much worse did it get by allowing him to fight on a full 12 rds. Will he be ready to fight Wilder in Feb? Even if he isn't ready in Feb they'll probably take the fight anyway and that cut is going to be a problem. It's going to cut into his training and his sparring.
i think him losing would matter man, if they stopped the fight it would have been a TKO loss..seriously this is a strange thread and makes you look bad

Everybody saw Fury winning that fight. Nobody would rate Fury lower because he lost to a cut. Just like people til this day still say Vitali was winning before the Lewis fight was stopped and nobody holds that loss to Lewis against Vitali

Make me look bad for telling the truth? That was a bad cut and only got worse as the fight went on and will impact the second fight one way or another.

Remember this thread in a couple months.

Fight with Wilder would have been off obviously because it stipulated both winning the fight in between Fury would've rematched Otto and Wilder would go a different route

Having said that if the fight was in NYC instead of Vegas it would be stopped 100%

            Definitely not cool by ESPN.
Same thing I was thinking. ESPN literally interfered with the fight.
