Otto Wallin cut Tyson Fury bad, and then went the full 12 rounds.
Is Wallin a top 10 Heavyweight? Or would all the top 10 guys beat him?

His resume consists of Uber drivers and his claim to fame is causing a cut on Tyson Fury and still getting beat. So no

Hell to the no. If it wasn’t for the cut he falls in 8.

Looks like he is punching under water. He had a bloody man in front of him, inches away from victory. All he had to do was land one more big shot to end it yet he failed.
Wallin is a journeyman level fighter.

If Wallin is that bad of a fighter, Tyson Fury would of stopped him 'Even if he was cut'.
Ottin Wallin is a top-15 heavyweight right about now, and I want to see David Price face him next.
