All the hate on Wilder I have heard for a few years now. The two guys that end up exposed are Fury and Joshua.

I rank Ortiz above both, because he would beat both. He has a good shot vs Wilder again too. Old, yes, but has the best technique of any top heavy. The Wilder fight could have easily been stopped. The Wilder/Fury fight should have been stopped. The Fury/Wallin fight should have been stopped. You never know. Thats why they fight the fights.

I didn't watch the fight but hearing and reading about it makes me laugh. Fury has been horrendous in his comeback and for him to befuddle wilder so completely makes the bronze bum look even worse.

These two should take the bug money rematch asap.

        Fury will whoop Ruiz.

So what, Fury went the decision with a contender with one eye. Has Andy Ruiz never had a points win over lesser fighters?

Let’s not get things twisted just because Fury didn’t walk through Wallin in 2 rounds, he would still beat Ruiz easily.

          Lol Ortiz, come on.

He couldn’t stop Hammer but Fury did. Ortiz looked quite poor against Hammer. He didn’t look that good v Kauffman either for that matter.

This is boxing, just because fighters don’t blow another fighter away, it doesn’t automatically make them a lesser fighter.

As for Ortiz, he’s had one big fight against a top heavyweight and got stopped. He’s never proved anything really except a win over Jennings years ago and Jennings isn’t that good.

The fact is that the first time Ortiz stepped up, he got stopped. He proved in that fight he didn’t have the toughness of Fury too, like Fury had in the Wilder fight.

Fury was getting hit fairly easily by someone who has only had one decent win on his entire resume. Ruiz, AJ and Wilder would have dealt with Wallin in a much more reassuring fashion. Why are Fury fans in such denial, can't you just admit he had an off night? Or, perhaps he isn't as good as you thought he was.

if you post something on this site that is anything less than glowing praise for a Mexican fighter, or in this case, a fighter of Mexican descent, then clearly you aren't basing your opinion on anything related to boxing knowledge. Obviously it's racist, antimexican, and should be called out.

Ruiz would've done a lot better especially especially if he caused the cuts like Wallin did.

Wallin never took advantage of a compromised Fury other than some dirty tactics. He started smothering his punches from the middle rounds on.

Ruiz's fast hands and quick feet will give anyone problems.

No idea what you're hyping for. Did you watch Furys come back fights before Wilder? He looked even worse than last night.

Anyway, he completely outboxed Wilder which is not unusual considering the level of guys who have done that before.

AJ is fighting on a different level to these guys and once he is done with righting the wrong of Ruiz, watch how Fury//Wilder delay their fight long enough to avoid AJ later in the year.
