And they only gave him a deal because they stole one of his designs. He was busted for selling Gucci and LV gear(their symbols screenprinted on leather) decades ago. Dapper Dan's store is where the Tyson/Mitch Green fight took place and he has pictures of the event. He refused to sell them for years. Even being offered over $100k but finally released them in his new autobiography. It's a great read and the pictures of the Tyson/Green fight mirrors Tyson and Dapper Dan's version of the events. The pics show that Mitch Green lied about what happened.
I remember Zab Judah used to do it in the late 90s/Early 2000s

FYI Gucci and dapper dan put out a collaboration line in 2018. sadly I missed out. Buy the time I had to cash to buy some of it it was early 2019 and it the collection was no longer available. Probably because of his new deal for his boutique. I intend on visiting it in a year or so.Last edited by Don Pichardo; 09-14-2019, 08:24 PM.Comment

I like Davis, but I swear he's gonna find a way not to fight any of the names mentioned in your post within the next 2 years.Comment

Haney looked like Pretty Boy Floyd out there,, amazing skills and talent. No doubt he is the future of the sport of boxingComment

First of all “the boy Haney” is just a saying, that is not derogative in the slightest.
Second, you have no idea of my height dimensions.
Thirdly, I’m a huge fan of Haney.
Lastly, I’m a Black man born to Nigerian parents, so where race or me being racist comes into it I have no idea.
Big, big big clown. Your so wide off the mark its ridiculous.Comment

I like Haney, he's got great skills but he's not ready for that big a step up in class to Loma. get him in there with the Crolla's, Campbell, Linares, Pedraza types first even before he even thinks about Loma.
I doubt the fight ever happens anyway but a year or 18 months from now and a couple step ups in class and he could be the toughest fight for Loma out there.Comment

I agree. It's all left up to his handlers. Fighters need to start taking charge of their own careers. They don't need to be owned like stud horses. Boxers are not animals they are human beings and they need to be treated as such.Comment
