SRR failed and Roy Jones took a slow move up to 175.

Canelo first reigning middle weight to beat the lineal 175lb champ since 1968.

    Amazing.
    Wow

    delusional

to even compare Canelo to SRR and Roy Jones is insane

Props to Canelo for moving up and taking on the Krusher. Buddy better have Kovalev keeping Canelo at the end of that jab all night long

Man if I had the leave I'd go out there myself. Might actually still go anyway. About to start looking up flights

No. It doesn’t at all as far as all time greats.

SRR was 157lbs fighting for the (only) Light Heavyweight championship with same day weigh ins. Little bit different.

But that's also why it's not really fair to compare guys from such different eras.

I'm checking hotel room prices at the MGM Grand. Of course they got rather expensive for that particular weekend. :/
