overall, the best version of Kovalev beats Charlo and Canelo. This version that is 36, was ko'd last yr and just fought about 2 weeks ago in a tough back and forth fight, and now has to fight again in less than 2 months.... I'd pick to lose to Charlo.

Kov landed 41/4 margin over Yarde in the 10th rd ffs,which shows how much the bs about him being washed up is bs from ggg stans. Kovalev landed almost twice the amount of punches & Yarde got outlanded in every rd except 2,both of those rds could've still been won by Kovalev.

Im a big time Canelo fan but this is a masterclass cherrypick. Canelo is literally paying millions for that WBO belt. After knocking Kovalev out to the body he will vacate to avoid the big dogs at light heavyweight but still a masterclass cherrypick

This is a tough fight for canelo. To say otherwise ia idiotic.

We don't even know whether they will stipulate a catch weight or rehydration clause. Add to that absolutely no rest time after a grueling fight for a guy that's clearly on his last legs in the sport. Add to that the next to zero chance of getting a decision against Canelo.

Too many intangibles in Canelo's favor and none in Kovalev's. If the odds are enticing enough, I plan to bet a decent amount on a Canelo W.

What's the catch weight gonna be, because there definitely going to be one AND a rehydration clause with a $1 million per pound over penalty.

With catchweights and penalties, this isnt gonna be a real fight.

Rehydration clauses are weak. But I don’t mind a catch weight. As long as it’s like 172-173 I honestly think that’s respectable.

A -Side, highest paid in the sport going up two weights to fight a knock out artist. I wasn’t mad when Mayweather did it to Canelo, and won’t complain here.

Nope. Ward initially hurt him with several low blows, even in prior rounds. Afterwards, Ward landed that beautiful headshot, then ended him with even more low blows.

The sad part is that Weeks was offered by the commission to watch the instant replay immediately after the stopagge (new rules allow bad calls to be overturned on the spot) and he declined.

Up until the low blows, the fight was extremely close.
