Canelo claimed he wanted to unify 160 but has since given up 2 of his belts. One in which he gave his consent to become a "franchise champ" and the other because he didnt want to fight his mandatory.

You and your peers need to stop with the "career high payday " bull **** because they were only offering him 5.5 million when EVERYONE knows he could have just waited for a purse and would be mandatory 35% split. Derevychanko was set to make way more money regardless. Then once negotiations fell through GGG picked up where Canelo didnt because GGG did not have an opponent.

Also, if SD beats GGG and wins the IBF, he can now demand even more money than the $7 million he was asking for originally. Jacobs made over $10 million for fighting Canelo when he held the IBF.

Let’s use Andy Ruiz as an example. Why didn’t he make $6 million for fighting Jospeh Parker when he made that much for fighting Joshua? Because Joshua-Ruiz makes more money than Parker-Ruiz.
