i love how dino claims he predicts every fight correctly, yet he made this thread so people would stop hating on him for getting predictions wrong... see where im going?
If u predict everything right, why would u ***** about people calling u an idiot for getting predictions wrong? You must have gotten a prediction wrong for this whole thing to start, right?
And i wish he was in that Prediction League, he'd probably get a bunch wrong and then we could finally shut him up!Comment

Having true knowledge about boxing, in my mind, is not just picking the winner of a fight. It's knowing why a particular boxer would win against another, being able to watch the fight and know what they are doing right and wrong, and understand what strategy is neccessary to get the 'W'.
To base your boxing knowledge on picking the right winners may not work. You can understand the strengths and weaknesses of each fighter, make an educated guess of how they will interact during the fight, and pick a plausablie winner. You are not in the ring, though, with the lights shining down on your while you stare across from the other man. You can't control their nerves, or mindset, or force them to do what they need to to win. Half of boxing is mental...and you never know if your guy will stick to the gameplan, and have that gameplan be the right one. Will an older fight age overnight? Will a new prospect be exposed? Can a boxer get over a KO loss to come back and show us he still has it? There are deeper factors than the 50% odd working for you to choose the right fighter.Comment
