So can an absolute division champion be accused of ducking? He cleaned out his division and moved up. What's the problem? While I agree that he needs to start fighting top welters, you can't really blame him for making every super light fighter look amateurs. He did what he had to and is now aiming for unifying WW although it's going to be very hard looking at current situation

I agree with you which is why I said it's going to be really hard. I was puzzled by that decision as well but maybe PBC tried to lowball Bud
