Hello sir, its always good to read your posts up hear and to know your brain cells are unique in defending and smashing opinions up here.....I hope Joshua actually bounces back with a win, but after those knockdowns?? Hearn might stand a better chance .
I'm really not into underestimating anyone, so lets see what Josh's robotics can do against such a large fast target. I think disciplined range fighting tall can get the job done. A boring fight should be on the horizon and Joshua should settle for it - not every fight needs to be exciting....
Do kinda like what Kell Brook did to Porter. And a "little" like what Holyfield did to Tyson (minus the resting of his huge alien head in Tysons face and the ram head butting). Joshua may simply have to ask himself WWKD?! 'What would Klitschko do' in a situation like this? I think I know, and I think Klitschko would win.....albeit in boring fashion...
For what fight was Ruiz training for, before getting Joshua's call?
the delivery guy? I see where your goin with this but it won’t change anything. He will have had the full 3 months for this bout and sees this as a “just like before” situation and expect to repeat success. We’ll see.
AJ can't box. He can't magically transform into Klitschko in a few months.
Knock Andy down and make sure he stays down. That's the way to win.
Yeah righto, he retired Vladimir klitchko soooooo.....not sure what you mean when you say he can’t box? He beat the man by a mile far more convincing than the ***** fool and demonstrated all.
That “he can’t box” bollox isn’t justified at all, play us a new one because klitchko WAS a boxer although, somewhat robotic.
I see the rematch I bit similar but you definitely "hit the nail on it's head" regarding the first few rds of the 1st fight and it definitely plays into the rematch also.
Ruiz footwork isnt on equal ground as his handspeed, and IMHO his ACTUAL handspeed isnt all that impressive either. Its his ability to throw his "punches in bunches" conbinations that gives the appearance he has fast hands. Up until the point Joshua got hit with the infamous "punch from the gods", he was beating Ruiz Jr. he was nearly always beating him "to the punch".
I've been hearing mostly about how Joshua needs to fight "long and tall", or he's going to need to "run" or needs to make sweeping changes for rematch, but I personally don't think its all that complicated.
IMO if he implements a couple things, he should end up breaking down Ruiz Jr to win and even possibly a late KO/TKO. And it does involve fighting inside as so many seem to suggest he needs to avoid like the plague.😁
Fight the fight like the beginning of the 1st fight, "tiddied up" of course.
He needs to mix in pivoting around Ruiz Jr. more rather than just backstep away, then he can keep him off rhythm and guessing more. Joshua's feet are quick enough to take advantage, and Ruiz Jr. finds success with exchanges while opponents are backing off and he lunges forward with his combinations.
Pick his spots for short exchanges inside with a tighter guard and dont get careless like in the 1st fight. When Joshua knocked Ruiz Jr down for the 1st time in his career, it was during a crisp, short inside exchange. He has the skills and ability to beat Ruiz Jr inside also. IMO, he just needs to avoid being careless and staying in the pocket for extended exchanges.
Also, I'd like to say to the countless people that are adamant Ruiz Jr. Repeats in the same fashion and that Joshua has been "exposed"............ Evidently the bookmakers around the globe have failed to heed your predictions even after having witnessed the 1st fight.
Hmmmm, makes you wonder how those idiots can make money right?? 😅
Yea it's like they haven't seen Joshua have any success against the guy. I thought the fight was over when Joshua knocked Ruiz down after being in control for the first 2 rounds. He just got reckless and paid for it, that's not that complicated to correct if Joshua is disciplined enough and has the right mindset.
Plus they way Ruiz has been talking makes me believe that he believes Joshua will just come to him where he's gonna have a chance to counter like the first fight and I don't agree with this. He's gonna have to go find Joshua and I just think he's too slow on his feet to do it effectively, so my money would be on Joshua still.
