Yeah but that was 2014, 5 years ago, we are talking about now, after fighting (beating IMO) Wilder last year. If Wilder pulled that now he wouldn't be getting a pass thats for sure.
Wilder is a world title holder. But he would get a pass from his fanboys anyway.
They are praising him for fighting Ortiz and calling Ortiz, "the guy nobody else will fight" despite the fact that Ortiz turned down a career high offer from AJ, looked like crap in his last fight and has already been KO'd by Wilder.
Fury is taking his necessary tune up, my only issue is don't put this on PPV. But he has now, so if anyone wants to be mugged off then that's their personal choice.

I would agree with this the real issue for me also is ppv. Dont like the way bt are trying to justufy it by saying its an event , as though it doesnt matter who the opponent is.
Fury's event might be a stinker but he did toy with the man who was considered the best in the division, the guy who you and your cash cow avoided all these years. And the only reason people are noticing joshua's next fight is because he lost to that fat kid who was unknown before he smashed your bum fighter lol
Fury's event is an absolute joke even it it wasn't PPV the fact it is in the UK is laughable he will do 10k max. Bad for boxing.Hearn is spot on and AJ sells out 80k stadiums and does big UK PPV numbers because he fights for world titles. Unlike Tyson Fury with his invisible belt and bum of the month club.
