Are AJ and Eddie Hearn bigots?

    I think it’s a fair question.

Of all the places in the world to fight, they chose a place that oppresses women and kills gays and journalists.

Not only that, Hearn praises Saudi Arabia as the future of boxing.

I think if a white fighter chose to fight somewhere that only allowed whites and then praised it as the future of boxing, everyone would be upset. This is pretty similar.

You're a lunatic. Is Eddie Hearn not white? And aren't the Arab ruling class in Saudi Arabia also white (they're classified as white in the US)?

So what are you rambling about? Callum Smith and Groves fought there and they're both white.

Saudi Arabia excludes gays and oppresses women.

The point was if it was another group that was excluded, say non-whites, it would be a huge deal and everyone would say the fighter and promoter are bigots.

Unfortunately the world doesn’t care about gays and women, so this is being passed off as normal.

You’re trying to normalize murdering gays. Good for you, I guess.

No but you could probably make a case that they are morally bankrupt. I think they just don't care.

There are so many states in the deep south in the US that exclude gays and women as well. And didn't they just pass a law against ******** in some states in the US?

The US and Saudi Arabia aren't different for the most part. One just controls the media/narrative while the other doesn't.

Saudi Arabia is a morally corrupt place and AJ/Hearn are going there for one main reason- MONEY.

I wouldn’t say that makes AJ/Hearn bigots but it does make them greedy, and avaricious enough to become ignorant. So much so they are completely ignoring the complete lack of human rights in Saudi Arabia.

One could argue that encouraging ****sexuality is morally bankrupt...one could argue that our government (US) has killed a journalist (Michael Hastings) (and for the record, I have never seen any indication that there is some campaign going on in Saudi Arabia to kill journos, seemed to be a one-off)...one could argue that women and men, while being equal, are not the same and that treating them exactly the same in a society is naive.

How many gay people did the US execute for being gay?

                  Yup it’s exactly the same.

I agree the US is no choir boy in a lot of ways...but having a law saying you can't murder your baby...that is hardly barbaric.

And 'excluding gays and women'....do you have any evidence of this stuff or did it just sound good at the time?
