    How?

Fury brings nothing to the table... He can't strip his title because he lost his #1 ranking by ducking the immediate rematch.

Wilder is not forced to fight Fury next in any way. If Fury sues Wilder can just fight Ruiz as that process happens, then he'd probably only get money out of it and lose the fight for good.

No benefit for Fury by not stepping aside. Unless he just wants Wilder to have as least as possible due to jealousy.

This green-eyed Gypsy wants the most prestigious title sooo bad, Tyson knows the rest don't matter. You failed Gypsy-Bum!

You wont be fighting a 212½ pound Deontay Wilder coming off injury, and you still couldn't beat tha champ! No Jack Reiss to save you this time! Take the money and go fight BJ Flores chump!

Fury talking plenty of crap now, knowing that his handlers won't go for him fighting a long list of bums. That won't in any way cover their investment in Fury and his rematch with Wilder.

Wilder can screw Fury over good by making him wait, like Fury did Wilder when the rematch was cancelled so that he could join Top Rank and ESPN. Its called Karma.

Wilder is under no obligation to fight Fury after Ortiz. If Ruiz is willing or if AJ is willing (IF, he beats Ruiz) fight for the unified title - Screw Fury. Karma is a bitch!!!!

This has a bit of a smell of trying to create fake drama, Furys not a mandatory and it isn't a rematch clause situation, why would step aside money be required?

They have a signed sealed contract already when both have bouts coming up, I find that a little hard to believe personally.

The winner of AJ-Ruiz has to fight Kubrat Pulev.

So this shouldn’t even matter. There won’t be a unification next regardless.

If accurate, fury is an idiot. Take the step aside money, fight another scrub like he's doing now and then fight for all of the belts.

The first fight was a WWE rigged circus. Both Wilder and Fury are crooked jokers.

Wilder needs this rematch more than Fury. If he ducks Fury, people will keep talking Fury beat him first time.

That’s a safe claim to make. Why would anyone want to pay someone to do something that most everyone involved would like him to stop doing.

He’s already stepped aside more often than your average matador does on a Sunday in April.
