How do you know Ortiz is getting 7 mil? Also Ortiz didn't turn the fight down becuase it was short notice, they fumbled the offer trying to get more money or price themselves out by their own admission that the would of took the 7 mil but the promoter/manager guy f'd up.

He can't even fill up Barclays Center without then giving away half the tickets...and even then it's still half empty hahaha. Y'all need to stop this nonsense with Wilder making a bunch of money. He's not. Admit that
wilder made $18 million for breazeale

Haymon has the exclusive right to select Ortiz's opponents. But, he also has a fiduciary duty to Ortiz. If he's going to turn down 7m, he needs to have a more attractive alternative. Ortiz himself never turned anything down. Haymon decided it was better for him to have a proper training camp and fight Wilder than fight Joshua on short notice. You haven't seen any complaints from Ortiz because he's been promised he'll make at least 7 million from the PPV.

Finkel said Wilder was taking a little less. Who said Wilder was taking way less?

Ortiz said his team F'd up the offer from AJ by crying lowball. What PPV buys do you think wilder is getting to give Ortiz 7 mil and at what split, 50-50?

Wilder vs. Fury did 325,000 US buys and the reported guarantees were 14 million Wilder, 11 million Fury.

I expect Wilder vs. Ortiz II to surpass the number of US buys Wilder vs. Fury did.

Lol the actual guarantees was about 3 and 4 million the reported final purse was 10 mil Fury and 14 mil Wilder. If thats true and forbes predicting Wilder earnt 30 mil that year This means he must have earn 16 mil from the Breazeale fight maybe less as he's on TV and has other endorsements to be deducted that's way less than the DAZN offer of 20 mil as mentioned earlier a whole 4 mil less atleast.

Plus I doubt Wilder gives Ortiz a similar split to Fury for a PPV, considering in the first fight Ortiz got 13% (Wilder 3.5 Ortiz 0.5) that only equates to 3 mil if it even does as well as the Fury fight.

Also I'd be surprised if Wilder v Ortiz 2 matches the figure of 325k as he's regurgitating his own leftovers 2 years down the road with no comeback for Ortiz or his notoriety. Ortiz can't even speak english to sell the fight like Fury.
