"Finkel said the offer calls for the Wilder side to select the location of the fight, but they would look to do it in the United States, probably Las Vegas.

He also said there would be no rematch clause and the fight would have to be next for each man. As for the timing of the bout, Finkel said it would take place between September and the end of the year.

Schaeffer talking of the projected $100m, was still in a context where that fight takes place in the UK (at Wembley).
That's why Schaeffer said "Wilder BRINGS the US market"

ie, the fight was still supposed to be on the same terms/venue of the original offer. The only thing that would change would be that Wilder's side would stop whining about the money, put their money where their mouth is and pay AJ the $50m up front and take everything else.
At the time, Eddie Hearn had projected the fight does $60m, not $100m.
