Thats one thing I think AJ can actually alter in December. I still believe Wilder's viral KO of Breazeale was on AJ's mind & he wanted to up the ante with an impressive KO of Andy & Andy was able to capitalize on that over anxiousness after Andy got up & AJ was careless.

And why did he have to go and take the beef out of the oven early? Because Deontay Wilder took the beef a la Breazele out of the oven before the oven was even turned on. It's funny how Wilder and Joshua try and compete with each other. In this case AJ wanted a stunning KO to rival Wilder's a few weeks before and AJ failed miserably. If AJ takes his time and stays true to himself he might win this rematch.

That won't work for AJ cause when Andy comes forward we all know that AJ can't fight going back and this will scramble his brains again.Or if he's patient and boring like he was against Parker, he can win an easy UD.
If he becomes more like the Kiltchko brothers sticking a jab followed by a right hand, he'll maintain distance and he'll be champ for years to come. The worry though is his stamina, he doesn't compare to the Kiltchkos in that regard.
In all honesty I see a repeat of the first fight, I'm not sure he'll be able to hold back and he'll get caught again. I like Ruiz, but I don't fancy his chances against Wilder or Fury if he pulls the double upset.
He doesn't have the talent to keep distance especially when the guy just keeps coming forward with feints and head movement.
I see AJ getting knocked out again, maybe even earlier this time.Comment

Haha, yeah that's why I ended it with saying I see the same result. Joshua will be coming in with fear this time unlike before. I'm sure that'll have an effect on his gameplan in the fight. I wish him well, I like the guy, but sometimes you come across a guy who just "has you number", I feel Ruiz may be the guy for Joshua. That won't work for AJ cause when Andy comes forward we all know that AJ can't fight going back and this will scramble his brains again.

although I really want Joshua to win, just so we can see the him vs Wilder and Fury in mega fights. Ruiz vs those two will be big, but not as big. I don't really give Ruiz a chance against either of those two, especially Fury, who will quite easily out box him.Comment

Good point. But I do think stamina is a factor when it comes to recuperating after a KD... specially in between rounds.Comment

All AJ has to do is this: jab then jab + right hand then move to the side. Repeat for 12 rounds. If he drops Ruiz like he did in the first fight, stick to the game plan. That's it. AJ UD.Or if he's patient and boring like he was against Parker, he can win an easy UD.
