    Another perspective.

The basis of a boxer becoming a star is challenging the best and beating them.

Overall, I think the biggest stars of boxing are the ones keeping the sport alive by continuously raising the bar and coming out victorious. And they can all be ranked by who is doing this most often.
For your penultimate and concluding paragraphs would you say Wilder and Fury are doing this, or fit the bill here?

The only disadvantage Ruiz has would be his body shape. Because if he wins the rematch then there is NOTHING stopping him from becoming the biggest star in the world. The fact he is Latino would make him bigger than even Canelo, but he just doesn’t look like a Greek god. And that would not only lose him sponsors but people would probably prefers Canelo over him.

Wilder and Fury are set to fight again in February. So yeah, I think they are doing their part. I also think they both have potential to unifiy the division.

Come on man, Wilder has fought two worthy opponents, and the same can be said for Fury. In between that, they don't go for the best challenges they go for 'easy touches'.

Whyte has never held a title but he's braver than both of them and has got in there with good challengers.
