You guys are so ****** that you are actually posting that Ruiz should stay fat because it somehow helps him hahaha. You can't make this stuff up. It's hard to debate with this level of ******ity. Ruiz has been chilling every since e won those belts and now he will pay for it on December 7th. And I better not hear you idiots come back on here and say that 'he should have been in better shape" because him being fat is a good thing right??? Riiiight

I race triathlons (previously played plenty of sports but otherwise lifted weights almost exclusively). I had ZERO endurance even though I looked the part. I'd love to know how far Joshua can swim or how long he can run after riding a bike 50 miles. I promise you he wouldn't be gassing out if he did some endurance training. Sure the hell didn't get looking like that from doing extra sparring or running. Still can't understand how Ruiz can look like such a ****house though. I have veins in my stomach at 43, and that's simply a by-product of the training I do, not because I ever go to the beach and want to show off. It really is amazing he's able to do what he does. I can only imagine if he were more disciplined and maximized his talents.

Ruiz's diet is obviously complete chit.

Ruiz doesnt have a day job. His only job is to train, that is all he has to do all day and ok once the promotion starts go fly somewhere for a photoshoot.

Its literally his job to train for the fight. He should be exercising daily and with a normal diet he would not be that fat buring the calories required for an elite level heavyweight.

1 snickers bar is only 220 calories. He is obviously eating more than just 1 snickers bar a day in terms of bad food. He is a complete slob, there is no other way he gets to near 300 lbs between fights.

You had a day job while training for a triathalon. Even in the airforce you had a day job but had to meet minimum fitness and weight standards. Ruiz made enough money this year he can hire a 24/7 chef/dietician and only eat the food they make for him, nothing else. He could hire someone to track all his calories and nutrients for him so there is no thinking or planning required. He has it on easy mode for losing weight but he just doesnt give a chit.

Being 268 didn't help that; 255lbs will definitely help, but it won't change the fact that the styles are against him.
lmfao at no point was Anthony Joshua beating the **** out of Andy Ruiz

Joshua has him down and on his way out. Then AJ jumped in too fast and got Ko’d trying to go for the finish. The next fight when he knocks Ruiz down he won’t go in wild. He will take his time jabbing him for for a boring UD or Ruiz gives up.

Dont count on Ruiz "giving up".
            Normal boxers don't give up.

Only a special type of hype job like AJ could lose by "giving up".

I swear, if you guys would stop acting like women on here, we could have amazing debates. But you guys let your hatred of a fighter cloud your judgement. Ruiz was NEVER unbeatable and he is in worse shape now that he's gotten fat and rich. He'll be a fat cow brought to slaughter on fight night. You guys act like AJ didn't knock Ruiz down first. Had he not gone for the kill right away, he could have jabbed his way to a victory. But he didn't, he got caught, and that's why we are here again. The second fight will be a completely different story. So when Ruiz says "it will be the same as the first fight", he's fooling himself. And he's making fools out of you guys too
To be fair Ruiz was a little awestruck or seemed to be until he got dropped then he woke up and started firing back.

No AJ didn’t have the high ring IQ to know to just lay back and jab and Ruiz does have a high boxing IQ. so AJ did what he was gonna do which is all he knows and that’s to attempt to use his size athleticism and force to overwhelm his opponents.

No people AJ is not a bum he’s a fighter and a heavy weight where any night if they get caught with a good shot it could be lights out.

Yes Ruiz is a better skilled more seasoned fighter than AJ sorry to say but he is. No he didn’t get lucky he just never had been on the big stage but when he got dropped he woke up and experience kicked in.
AJ did hit him with similar shots to the one that dropped him and he walked thru them. So don’t act like AJ only lost because he went for the kill lol he went for the kill when he dropped him. This is boxing and he did the same thing twice it worked the first time then the next time he was countered.

Staying behind the jab is not going to work depending on the judges but I’m sure because of the money they will give AJ the canelo treatment. Which is to give him the benefit of the doubt in every close round as long as he doesn’t get hurt or dropped.

If I was AJ I would jab grab clench smother roughhouse walkdown wash rinse and repeat a la Lennox or Wlad.
It may be ugly but eventually he can stop Ruiz or beat him up badly. AJ has no educated jab to hide behind Ruiz is not just gonna allow it he’s gonna counter fire in rapid succession and it’s gonna appear that Ruiz is punching and AJ is running. That jab his way to victory is probably the worst thing to do in this situation he has to mix it up and put a little dog on Ruiz. He has it in him to do so weather he knows it or not.

Ruiz was caught up in the bright lights until he got dropped then he worked up and does what he always does which is counter punch in rapid succession. People love to say AJ went for the kill then Ruiz got lucky. No Ruiz was no longer caught up in the moment and started fighting after his butt hit the canvas.
AJ went for the kill when he dropped him but Ruiz didn’t react until the next time and that’s all she wrote.
