It would be news if we knew ahead of time that the judges or ref were not going to be neutral. Ideally all judges and refs are neutral, it isn't until after that you find out if they really were.
The country they hail from has not a thing to do with it, everybody likes money.
Nailed it, thats why the smart money is always on the fighter whose got the biggest $$ promoter.
