Isn't this what Floyd did? I didn't like it when he did and I would not want to see Manny do it either. Yes, Manny can demand a bigger percentage of the purse, but I don't think he should be turning down good fights based solely on the power of his opponents PPV numbers. PPV numbers in the post-May/Pac fight era are going to fluctuate from fight to fight and fighter to fighter. There is no guaranteed formula for what fans will buy now.
