Because it is the Bible of Boxing.

    My votes go to:

Ruiz, unless he gets Rahman'ed in the rematch.

Canelo, IF he defeats Kovalev without benefit of a silly scorecard.

Ruiz would be my vote if he beats AJ in the rematch.

Loma only fought once this year. Unless he fights and beats someone of note in December, then maybe.

Pacquaio definitely should be considered. 40+ yo and whooped both Broner and Thurman!

Bolded for Saul to be considered.

Maybe Spence, if he can unify by becoming the first person to stop Porter.

But he would have to stop Porter in extraordinary fashion
        .

Ruiz is a shoe-in if he wins the rematch, no ifs or buts. Pacquiao might make a strong case too. Lol at Loma and Spence though, no chance guys

Ruiz if he beats Joshua is a contender. Lomachenko if he gets a third fight, say Haney, is a contender. Spence-Porter winner is a contender. Kovalev if he gets another win is a contender. If Inoue ices Donaire he has a shot. Winner of Prograis-Taylor?

A lot of contenders, nobody clearly out in front. Pacquaio won't fight again but as of now, he's out in front.

I say Ruiz if he repeats and Pacman if he has any 3rd fight.
