It was either fight a boxer or a brawler, with skills, at 135. I expected Fortuna first but am good with Gamboa. Should be a great, high skills fight.

    War Gervonta!
you are good with anyone tank fights. thats the problem. and 8 rounds to finish a shot gamboa? wow that would be embarrassing. i say 2 rounds. i guess im a bigger tank fan than even you. hold on let me change my sig to support him

If Fonseca can do that, a great like Gamboa should play with this kid. You must really rate Davis so highly.

      Thanks yo.

Davis has a punchers chance early. He has never gone past the 6th round.

That lack of deep rounds exp is going to be huge against an elite talent like Loma

Ok then, lace up them gloves and get in the ring with him within the next twelve months or shut your yap.

                Depends.

If he was calling out Loma, and Loma/TR were saying not yet, then fans would echo the same. If Loma calls out Davis, and Mayweather says not yet, then fans will say “put him in there, he’s ready.” Simple psychology.

Anyway, he’s 24 with a few good wins, no big pro win yet. The Pedraza fight made him get noticed by his critics, but they’ve since retracted that as a good win. His critics also says Cullar, Walsh, Nuñez, Ruiz weren’t good wins either. So that kinda eliminates all his decent-good wins. He has none according to the people putting his career down. So no, he’s not ready yet.

Maybe they seen something in sparring, who knows, but from this interview with Floyd, it is incredibly clear that Floyd doesn't want to lose his cash cow. Tank is making him money fighting low level guys, and he wants to keep it that way for as long as possible, so they have absolutely no problem with waiting until Lomachenko is way past his prime.

You know damn well Davis needs to fight prime Roberto Duran and KO him in 1 round to get a little bit of credit.

The bold: That's a fairy tale.

Davis has elite boxing skills and a rock solid chin. He's so strong Loma's pitty pats won't register. He's taking punches from Spence whom he regularly spars.

Floyd is his defense co-trainer. How is Loma gonna bully him? He's actually stronger than Loma at 135, way stronger.

                      Let's see the fight?
