Exactly. The ref said the "K" on serg's trunks was legal but anything below was low. Ward hit him right on the "K" which was legal.

Also, how could ward hit him low when serg was bent over at the waist with his gloves in front of his trunks. The only way ward could have hit him low was to swing between serg's legs and then punch up. When the ref stopped the fight, serg had ward's gloves in his gloves. NO LOW BLOW
