Hogan might have won some respect against Munguia, but the guy's record is 27(7)-2(0)-1 @ 34. Obviously not a big hitter. Charlo still has not stepped up to a major name, nor does it appear he will do so on Hayman's slow train to mediocrity disguised as a bullet train to stardom.
If he keeps fighting below his reported ability, we know what happens eventually.
This is not a stage in his career where he ought to be fighting like a prospect.
