So wtf is your claim exactly. That the IBF sees Tevin & his cross eyes as more sellable & making more money then JoJo. So they are helping him out.

My claim is getting approved for ranking by the IBF is irrelevant and not stop them from making a deal. Once a deal is done then golden boy and lou with tell the IBF this is who we want to fight and get jojo ranked in their top 15 because it's formality for a fighter like jojo. Floyd has been retired too many times to count and not on any rankings and it never stopped him from making fights. And it's not exclusive to top guys like Floyd. IBF doesn't care because this is a voluntary defense stop pretending this has anything to do with holding up the fight. And it's not exclusive to Oscar or any promoter look at the rankings most fighters are not ranked by all 4 belt orgs. That's not an accident. Why waste money and time with rankings when you already did your job and got your guy to the top spot and a guarateed title shot which jojo has with the WBA. And he's number 2 with the WBC and number 5 with the WBO why would anyone waste time getting a ranking with the IBF if you in his spot? Jojo can get put in their top 15 rankings whenever they agree to a fight but before they can do that Farmer's team has to stop playing games and actually make a offer. Don't give me bs about IBF ranking in a non mandatory fight holding up offers from being sent.

Valdez with Top Rank and they didn't apply for rankings for the IBF or the WBA. So are Top Rank and Mayweather Promotions all not on top of their shyt too? Valdez, Jojo, Tank all have guaranteed title shots from other belt orgs so they not wasting time and money for more rankings. Farmer got his mandatory out the way he can fight whoever he wants IBF isn't holding up a jojo fight.

It's not opinion it's a fact. If you needed to be ranked before you could make a offer then Floyd would never gotten all those direct title shots coming out of retirements. And if jojo needed to be ranked by the IBF then why didn't Lou mention any of this months ago since jojo has never been ranked by the IBF at 130? Matter fact Lou said we both on DAZN we don't need any politics to get this done now after getting caught lying they are trying to put a IBF excuse for not making an offer? SMH And what does Canelo have to do with jojo? Nothing. Jojo has never been ranked by the IBF because the WBA offered him a faster track to a mandatory title shot so that's what Golden Boy did and it worked he moved up to 130 in Feb and he's got the gold belt and a guaranteed title shot from the WBA. IBF couldn't get him a shot that fast so that's why he's not ranked why you making this out to be something unusual.

Of course it matters that Tank moved up to 135 and decided to only apply for rankings with the WBA. Just like Valdez moved up to 130 and only applied for ranking with the WBO and WBC. According to your logic then both guys careers are mishandled by their promoters since they aren't ranked by the IBF and other belt orgs that can't promise them a title shot. Farmer has to agree to fight jojo IBF isn't mandating Farmer fight jojo with or without a ranking IBF has no say it's a voluntary defense and will give jojo a ranking now or after Farmer makes a deal to fight him so why apply now? If Farmer is only fighting guys who are currently ranked by the IBF then take a look not a single top ranked fighter in either RING or ESPN rankings are listed here. lol by the way not a single fighter at 130 including jojo is currently ranked by all 4 belt orgs so how is Golden Boy doing Jojo a disservice?
