At this moment in time, it's Canelo, easy. It seems like hardly anyone's willing to put their foot down and get him to actually fight the real opposition in his own division, even his own promoter and TV network. In particular watching the WBC practically gagging to stroke his balls and give him a bunch of Super Special Sparkly Good Boy titles just for existing so he could sidestep Charlo made me want to lose my lunch. The only ones who were willing to stand up to him were the IBF, and just look at the tantrum that was thrown as a result of that by Oscar.

Tank is the black folks GGG.they hated on GGG for years but at least he fought every guy in the top 10. They idolize Tank because he beats up farmers from Ecuador and call him the biggest star in boxing. He's a bum basher but he won't be fighting his Canelo anytime soon is Floyd keeps promoting him. It's a bum fest for years to come.

Charlo is stuck in a division where all the players reside at a different network and the voodoo spell Haymon has on his guys won't allow him to leave for a chance at big fights so he also will feast on bums for eternity.

The answer is Tank. That bum ran away from a division where LSC and GRJ where willing to come fight him and he was offered to fight a semi bum in Farmer for 5 mill and said no. He ran away from fights he'd still be favored in to fight a guy who was basically retired and has been shot since about 2014. He's the ultimate bum basher and he's happy to follow in Floyd's footsteps and protect that 0 o matter what it takes.
        Because they're hateful. Tank's a fine answer.

Povetkin, been a top ten for over a decade, fought and lost in two title fights. Between and since, treaded water to stay in the nexus of top ranked but not in title contention.

Everyone who currently has a title got it without having to fight Povetkin first. Everyone they fought for their title got into title contention without having to fight Povetkin as well. Despite his being a top ten for most if not all of their careers.

Bermane and Chris, Tyson, Wilder, Parker and Ruiz, Glazkov and Martin, and Joshua all got title shots before ever fighting the man who was top ten in the division the entire time they were angling for a title shot.

And, how many of the defenses those champions have made had to fight Pov before they could challenge the champions who never had to fight Pov? Not a damn one?

How many unbeaten fighters has Pov beaten? Like 2?

Okay but how many leftovers? Basically his whole resume?

How many times in his career has he left Europe? Never?

Povetkin's never done much of anything despite being in position to since 08 because he's a scared and protected ***** ass of a HW. He only fights leftovers because fighting anyone moving up the ranks might put him in title contention. He doesn't fight unbeaten HWs despite the division being full of them because he's scared of the unknown. He treads water to stay safe and protect his status as one of the best HWs in the division today, and, that is literally all Pov ever achieved in boxing.

Didn't even need to mention Meldonium and Ostarine to see how protected and carefully plotted his career has been.

Tank Davis is more protected.... And u know it.

Wilder started boxing late, had few AM fights. Learned boxing on the go.

Vs Tank who had over 200 AM fights, has a belt and still haven't fought no one.

But its Wilder? u cant be serious

          I smell hate

Tank davis isn't more protected than Wilder and at this stage of Wilder's career - he was fighting fat men they picked off the street. Not the level of opponent Tank is fighting.

AJ also started boxing late, around the same age Wilder started and he didn't fight 42 bums like Wilder.

Trust me, I don't hate the guy. It's just fun to clown you lot's idol since he's the reason why you yanks hate AJ so much. AJ is the guy that gave life back to boxing and carried the sport when it was almost dead. He's the reason why people even talk about Wilder today. However, you lot just hate the guy for no reason and you want to see him fail. It's only right that Wilder gets the same energy. And in Wilder's case - the critique is legitimate, not the crap you lot say about Josh.

I never had a problem with Josh. Its his fans who hate on Wilder.

Back to the topic. U completely disregarded that Tank had over 200 AM fights and boxed since a teen. And has no names on his resume.

Every one has an opinion but its no way u can take everything into account and say Wilder is the most protected compared to Tank spoiled ass

Well, most of you do, even the clowns that act like they don't. The passion in the way a lot of you spout your hate for the guy is scary. Especially for a guy who doesn't even say much apart from handling his business in the ring and doing his own thing.

Tank turned pro 6 years ago and he has Liam Walsh, Pedraza and Cuellar on his resume. Those aren't bums.

Wilder turned pro 11 years ago and the only half-decent boxer has beaten on Walsh, Pedraza and Cuellar's level is a 49-yr old Cuban with health issues.

I'm not even a Tank apologist but he's not even close to Wilder when it comes to being protected.

Who are these people that Hate on AJ ?
After his loss to Ruiz I agree that Alot of posters were taking shots at him . Which I wouldn't say is Uncommon after such an embarrassing defeat . But actually Hating on AJ ... Maybe a handful of posters.
All the while you have guys on here who post nothing but memes clowning Wilder , call anyone who remotely criticizes AJ a Wilder Fanboy and posters who chose to call him lame names ( windmill , Beyonce etc. ) .
Tell me . What poster go around Constantly trashing AJ ? Im Curious.
Because I can name me atleast 3 ( but I won't ) who always find a way to trash Wilder . EVEN when the thread has Nothing to do with him .

Any of those would put him 100% higher in fans minds, he's playing around at that low weight with the salidos and the linares of the world. He needs to beat a guy who has a fanbase.

spence got lucky with mikey in that he was a pretty easy win, and he had a fanbase~ but the way Mikey boxed told me that he was already told to lose by powers that be.
Screw it while you at at it might as well put him in with Canelo too. He is at the maximum weight now he been through 3 divisions. Appreciate the fact he is already fighting over his natural weight.

Mikey Garcia lost because he stepped up to high in weight Vs a quality fighter. Simple as that no foul play just reality.

Tank Davis is the standout candidate for this. Fighting Uber drivers whilst dodging any real fights. Talks a big game though
