    If he retires or not, he will take with him a clear win over Pacman. In pretty good company there.

    Horn has the raw talent to be great but has not received world class training and coaching, is in too much of a comfort zone and is too distracted by family.

                At some point, the guy is going to have to realize that he was just a lucky stiff who got a bad decision over Pac, and that he doesn't have the talent to make his own way like Tim Bradley did.
                I hope he put some money aside or bought some real estate.

                    Hes just not that good. His only attribute was size at 147 but he would've still lost to the top 10 guys. One hometown gift doesnt make him a contender. Guys at 154 are his size so he loses to all of them as well. I like his fights and dont think he should retire but I cant think of anyone worth anything that I'd pick him to win. Hes a gatekeeper
