Bullshit. Loma wanted to fight Mikey. But Mikey didn't move up in weight to avoid Loma, that's just silly.

People expect more from the top guys.
Most fans didn't expect Campell to go 12 rounds.
Now you have the question, "Was Luke underated or is Loma overated."
Fans of Loma will say Luke's underated.
Meanwhle, critics of Loma will say he's overated.
It's probably a little of both.
Campell proved he can perform at this level.
Loma won easily but struggled at times with Campell's size and length.

Loma has always wanted that fight. He still talks about it. Mikey? He has never expressed the same interest.

If those two never fight, it will be because of Mikey and his choices.

Mikey doesn't want to work with Arum? Ok. Mikey wants to eat more pizza? Ok. He's a grown man and he can make these decisions. But those decisions are what have stopped the fight from taking place.

We can only speculate on why Mikey has made his decisions. We can speculate that Arum was a total asshole to work with. We can speculate that Mikey is finding it hard to motivate himself the way he used to. We can speculate that he doesn't want to fight Loma for some other reason.

We might never know what his motivations for his decisions are. But what we know, without any room for dispute, is that Mikey's decisions are what have prevented the fight from happening.

I think it's because of his trouble with Arum. Plus he saw an opportunity for a huge payday against Spence. I guess I can't blame him, but in doing so, he pretty much ruined any chance of fighting Loma because going back down to 135 would probably ruin him.

Yup, that's what I always said. I said the Spence-Mikey fight was pointless and would ruin one of the best fights at the time: Loma Vs Mikey

Maybe because casual people sets very high standards to a P4P King... Plus, Loma stopped ex-champs when he's near 100%, Campbell is beltless ever since... They're expecting something...

Bro just stop......lomachenko performance wasn't of that of a p4p number 1 fighter considering he was fighting campbell lol u guys ride hard on all of these other fighters. Canelo pac marquez mayweather even spence......lomachenko does a lot of amateur mistakes. walking straight in hands down pitty patting. That's how linares dropped him....u guys even go as far saying this guy is the next roy jones jr better then prime pac would beat mayweather. It's all none sense. Lomachenko clearly isn't even better then crawford.
