I wont call it a duck cause a man doesnt change his path or bend for another man. He was at 126 could of happen he moved on and now these are the terms if you want it.

Rigo was P4P higher than Loma, his accomplishments predate Loma’s noise. You gotta see A side atleast and not duck a catchweight.

You guys are such casuals. For years they said Rigo was a Bantamweight not Super Bantamweight, but you guys are fine with Loma being a Featherweight! Lol

Rigo was already made in 2013 beating Donaire. The following year Loma lost to Salido, his second pro fight.

        Lol “B-side”

        Casual fans doe

Let me brush up on your boxing and the context of the thread.

Rigo was always considered a Bantamweight, “small Super Bantamweight.” Accomplished more than Loma by 2014. Here we have Arum saying he can make Featherweight “easily,” still. It was an obvious duck Loma didn’t want Rigo back then. You gotta see A side and at least consider a catch weight, not go up to the guy who lost to Salido.

Rigo wanted 124. Plain and simple. Loma weighed 125 on the scales. Rigo was A side by a long shot. 2014 Rigo was above Loma.

Rigo was mismanaged, put on the shelf of dull fights by TR because supposedly HBO didn’t want to cut Rigo checks. The old Jackal wasn’t making the money he deserved, wanted Loma at 124 back in 2014. Rigo was already a made man.

Years later Rigo wants to make a proper check and becomes a sucker for ESPN for the 130 bout.

People think Loma cutting 2lbs from 126 was never a challenge. Loma is draining to make 126, that’s not “easy.” Arum full of shet.

Those 2lbs make a difference. Real boxing fans know it. 124lbs was fair. It’s not like Rigo told Loma to come to 122. Posters like Jas talk about Canelo and “yo-yo” weights as if Broner or Pacquaio have never been talked about fighting 140-147 for what fans want etc...

                Duck!
You can scream duck all you want Loma would've still whooped his ass just as easily as he did at super featherweight. The weight was never the reason why Rigo lost. He lost because he was the inferior fighter.

Lol. You think shaving off weight at weighins doesn’t toll the body? Loma couldn’t even touch Rigo. The catchweight would’ve balanced everything and made it a competitive fight!

Going up a few pounds to fight at his natural weight would've had no toll on Rigo. It was a fair fight. It was the fight Rigo was calling for and all the Rigotards thought he was gonna win. Nobody put a gun to his head to challenge a champion in a higher weight class. It's been two years and people are still making lame excuses cause they're so bitter about Loma's success.
