For the right opponent and the right price yes he should. If Mikey fights once or twice more at 140 and picks up a belt or 2 then a fight against Mikey at 140 makes a lot of sense and it'll be his retirement money fight. Other than that all the other fighters at 140 are not really known and bring nothing to the table financially.
Such a shame Lomachenko turned pro so late, he could've started at 122 if he would've turned pro early, people still want him to go to 140 at any cost but forget that he's already in his 30s and is already undersized at 135, he's not growing naturally anymore like a 21 year old.
