Well it was only 7 years ago that Pauli Malignaggi was IBF Champion and #5 at WW. Who he won off Senchenko who was awful.

The last era was pretty poor outside of Mayweather and Pacquaio.

In 2010-2012 Andre Berto was the best WW outside of Floyd and Pac. Jan Zaveck was in the Top 5.
