Comments Thread For: Arum 'Not Concerned At All' About Lomachenko-Campbell Judges

Bob Arum isn't worried about what would happen if the Vasiliy Lomachenko-Luke Campbell fight goes to the scorecards. Their lightweight championship match will be contested in Campbell's home country, but Lomachenko's promoter lobbied to make sure none of the three judges assigned to score it are from England. None of the three judges are from Lomachenko's native Ukraine, either.

Why should he be concerned. Kids got NO CHANCE of out boxing nor KO’ing Loma.

Yeah, it is hard for any judge to not reward Lomachenko rounds in which his movement is so fluid and his punches come in bunches from all angles. I swear, the only two boxers I can think of who throw combinations going backward are Canelo Alvarez and Lomachenko Loma can throw three to four combinations as he moves, and change directions while he is doing it. Campbell needs to get a little lucky here.
