Since the GGG stans can't defend GGG not fighting Andrade or Charlo (remember when he was ordered to fight Charlo and declined) but jumping right at a fight with Dervy they decide to just try and attack every other fighter at 160. Somehow GGG is simultaneously the man to beat at 160 and a contender who isn't expected to fight the other top guys at the same time.

Andrade same network with a belt called him out while he was available.....

Charlo ordered to fight him, called him out while he was a network free agent and available....

How does a fighter hide behind just wanting to fight Alvarez and fans let it ride?

fighting Andrade for the WBO title... made no sense

fighting Charlo for the WBC title... made no sense

but fighting Murata for the WBA " junior " title... oh yes, that definitely makes perfect sense LMAO

how the fk could anyone support that guy

THIS... is why Golovkin does not deserve another Canelo payday

a trilogy fight is unnecessary, it is obvious who is the better fighter

better that Canelo use that precious date to fight Andrade or Charlo... or at least somebody who has a chance of winning

Good fight, to make up the 6 fight deal. Then go after the rest one by one over the next 2 years. Leave Canelo alone.

That is a very fair point.

This is a legit, fun fight. I know Murata laid a huge stinking egg to Brant in that first fight, but he is a totally different and motivated fighter in Japan. Golovkin heading over there will be really interesting.

I do want to see Charlo in with Trip G. I absolutely need to see the third war with Alvarez. But, come on everybody- this would be an enjoyable little detour.

All I ask for is consistency! When someone says "I'm not interested in seeing GGG vs. Andrade or Charlo," but they're very interested in GGG vs. Murata, they seem suspect!
