I agree with what youre saying only that it does disadvantage Kov because its not what he fights under, so a different kov turns up, one thats drawn too fine.
This is why I dont like CWs and clauses because they can be flip flopped to help one and or hurt the other , just weigh in on limit and come what ever 30hrs later, or same day weigh-in.
A CW or rehydration clause is not about creating a level playing field, its really creating a handicap and thats why the smaller guy wants them, look when they force a guy to come up and be bigger like Manny JMM, they not much slower but punch a lot harder and is physically strong, Manny paid the price for wanting JMM at 147.
